In this property, galvanized steel pipes (SGP) are used for the water supply piping, and at 35 years old, the pipes were diagnosed to have a lifespan of only 2 months due to frequent leaks and the occurrence of red water. To prevent red rust and extend the life of the pipes, an "NMR Pipe Protector" was installed. In the water quality test before installation, the iron content was 0.5 mg/l, and there was a significant occurrence of red water. However, six days after installation, the iron content dropped to below 0.05 mg/l, and the red water was completely resolved. Subsequently, water quality tests conducted 14 years and 20 years after installation showed that red rust had completely disappeared, and new leaks were entirely prevented, proving the rehabilitation of the piping.
